We strictly follow the IATF 16949 international automotive industry quality system standard, and establish a full-process quality control system from R&D to service. The company has a complete testing center and professional quality team, implements strict monitoring of raw materials, production processes and finished products, and ensures that product quality reaches the industry leading level.
VHWX employs a digital production system integrating SAP, MOM, WMS and IoT technologies to achieve end-to-end information linkage and digital management of customer orders through procurement, production and delivery. Concurrently, VHWX facilitates seamless integration between production execution and core business functions including production planning, supply chain management, warehouse management, quality control and financial accounting. Through its IoT platform, the system captures and monitors production execution in real time, thereby supporting operational decision-making.
